1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dee Event Plug you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Dee Event Plug is a directory connecting event vendors and organizers across Nigeria. We are not a party to any transaction between them.

3. User Accounts

  • Must provide accurate information
  • Responsible for account security
  • One account per person or business
  • Must be 18 years or older

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Accurate service descriptions
  • Respond to bookings promptly
  • Deliver services as agreed
  • Maintain professional standards
  • Keep profile and pricing updated

5. Organizer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details
  • Honour confirmed bookings
  • Communicate professionally
  • Leave honest reviews only

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • False or misleading information
  • Fraudulent booking requests
  • Harassment of any user
  • Spam or unsolicited messages
  • Circumventing the platform for transactions

7. Transactions

All transactions are handled securely via licensed partners. Dee Event Plug is not responsible for disputes between vendors and organizers but will assist in resolution where possible.

8. Tencrest AI Features

Dee Event Plug offers optional AI-powered tools for vendors, provided by Tencrest Technologies Limited.

By enabling AI features you agree:

  • Your business data will be shared with Tencrest to power AI tools
  • Tencrest's own terms and privacy policy apply to data they process
  • You can disable these features anytime from Settings → AI Features in your dashboard
  • Disabling stops future data sharing but does not affect data already processed

These features are entirely optional. Disabling them does not affect your ability to use Dee Event Plug.

9. Intellectual Property

Vendor content remains their property. By listing on the platform, vendors grant Dee Event Plug a licence to display their content for the purpose of operating the directory.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dee Event Plug is a directory service. We are not liable for the quality of vendor services or outcomes of events.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
