Tencrest AI Features
If you enable AI features, your business data (business name, category, location, booking activity, profile performance) will be shared with Tencrest Technologies Limited to power:
- AI Sales Assistant — automated lead qualification and appointment booking via WhatsApp
- AI Marketing Assistant — generated social media captions, promotional copy and campaigns
- Business Insights — profile views, booking rates and client trends
This only occurs with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent and disable AI features anytime from Settings → AI Features in your vendor dashboard.
Disabling stops further data sharing. Previously shared data is subject to Tencrest's privacy policy at tencrest.co
8. Data Retention
- Account data kept while account is active
- Deleted on account closure request
- Survey data kept for platform improvement purposes
9. Changes to This Policy
Users will be notified of material changes by email.
